CALORIE BLASTING 5000 STEPS FAST WALKING WORKOUT AT HOME, STEP SWEAT DAY 5
Hey team we are now half way through our step challenge. The tempo is definitely increasing and it s getting more challenging. Don t give up now, you ve got this. As you might have noticed by now all of my walking workouts are that bit faster that what you might be used to, but I want to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. It s the only way to grow and progress. PLEASE NOTE some smart devices won t register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example. The timer is on for 50s and we have one 30s break right in the middle of this workout.
