Hang Clean + Split Jerk Workout by Julie Abildgaard
Part 1. Find your daily max in hand squat clean + split jerk. Part 2. Drop down to 80 and do 30 split jerks. You can break up the 30 reps as you want but every time you start a new set you have to do one more hang clean than in the previous set to get started with the split jerks. In the video Julie Abildgaard is doing a set of five hang cleans and the last three split jerks. She used 80kg, 176lbs and did the workout in less than ten minutes.
