3 D animation of Tissø in The Viking Age
The Visitor Center Fugledegård situated at the west bank of Lake Tissø has in collaboration with the research project preChristian Cult places at the National Museum of Denmark commissioned a 3D animation film visualizing the royal complex at the time around 900 AD. The 3D animation is financed by Visitor Center Fugledegård in cooperation with the research project preChristian Cult places. The animation is produced by the Norwegian company Arkikon. At the Visitor Center Fugledegård has just opened a new exhibition Royal seat and Cult place Vikings at Tissø that visualizes the archaeological remains and the functions of the large royal residential complex.
