Growing up on his older brother s cassette tapes, CDs, and FM radio and spending his later school years in London s live concert venues, Kengo eventually discovered club culture through his love of dance. Gravitating towards spaces where the dancefloor was the place to be, such as Madame Jojo s and Plastic People, led him to set up his own collective 4 To The Floor, connecting music, dance, community and education in the club context.
