Chinese egg noodles INGREDIENTS Noodles1 packet Egg1 piece Beans 34 pieces shredded cabbage1, 2 cup Green chilies(finely chapped)1tbsp Mediem size onion (finely chopped)1 piece Cauliflower florets 67 pieces Red bellpepper1 tbsp Green bellpepper 1 tbsp Yellow bellpepper1 tbsp Oil4 tbsp Soya sauce1 tsp Salt1 tsp Chat masala1 tsp Tomato ketchup1 tbsp METHOD Cook nuddles in salted water for 23 minutes Strain the nuddlesin a colander after cooking Rinse the noddles with chilled water Leave it for drying Heat 2 tsp of oil in a karai, pan Best the egg and cook it till it gets scrambled Place it on a plate Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan Fry all vegetables with a pinch of salt for 34 minutes Add chopped green chilies Mix 1, 2 tsp of oil with noodles Add noodles to the pan Stir fry it for 2 minutes
