He couldn t know that at this very moment, people meeting up in secret all over the country were holding up their glasses and saying in hushed voices: To Harry Potter the boy who lived J. K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Philosopher s Stone, Chapter 1. It s July 31st and you all know what that means A Harry Potter video from me, as usual. This time, I wanted to actually focus on Harry Potter as a character rather than a general tribute of the show. He s (obviously) the main character, yet he s rarely anyone s favourite character. There s obviously so much I could ve focused on, but in the end, I went with what breaks my heart: how he wanted to be a normal kid, but fate wouldn t let it happen. He never wanted to be the Chosen One. He never wanted to be famous, didn t care about being rich. He just wanted to have parents and friends and finish school and have a normal life. He always remained humble, generous, and sacrificial. He went off to his death, alone and afraid, not knowing he would surviv
