Surgical Treatment of Peri implantitis with Photodynamic Therapy and Guided Bone Regeneration

Periimplantitis is diagnosed around implants in the area of 3141 and also 13. The sites are surgically exposed, granulation tissue removed and implant surface decontaminated. A mild form of implantoplasty is also conducted with a mechanical rotating titanium brush.
