Tanpen Unico: Kuroi Kumo to Shiroi Hane is a 20minute 1979 animated film made by Osamu Tezuka (creator of the Tetsuwan Atom Astro Boy ), and Sanrio Productions (creators of Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll). Similar to Chirin s Bell this is a seemingly cute and innocent film that is darker than expected, though, unlike Chirin no Suzu, there s no debate to this being a children s film.
