Lady Jellicoe, wife of Admiral Jellicoe, opens a rifle range for Naval Boys Brigade at Leytonstone, London. Lady Jellicoe, wearing a fabulous hat with a long white vertical feather, sits beside her husband at the opening ceremony. Others sit beside and behind them.
