Lady Jellicoe, wife of Admiral Jellicoe, opens a rifle range for Naval Boys Brigade at Leytonstone, London. Lady Jellicoe, wearing a fabulous hat with a long white vertical feather, sits beside her husband at the opening ceremony. Others sit beside and behind them. At the rifle range, Admiral Jellicoe teaches his wife to look through a rifle that is mounted on a tripod. She covers her left eye to see better, but doesn t seem too impressed and wrinkles her nose.
