Cyrus Glitch Spencer was in Sacramento, CA as part of the Excel In Motion Dance Convention tour, and during that time we were able to film several videos. This particular video, however, was very special. 8yearold Sarah (aka Phoenix) was given the awesome opportunity to film this dance video with Glitch after only meeting him a few hours prior to filming Sarah did absolutely amazing and deserves recognition for being brave enough to dance on film, along side Cyrus.
