Native Dancer Series Ana Maria ft. Pedro Martins

The Native Dancer series is Vera s special gift to the legendary Wayne Shorter on his 87th birthday, celebrated on August 25th. Vera handpicked outstanding musicians to show their perspective and perform each song of the album Native Dancer, Shorter s first collaboration with iconic Brazilian singer Milton Nascimento. Due to this pandemic crisis, and since Vera s Heartbeat tribute to Shorter was postponed to 2021, Vera envisioned this project to join the ongoing efforts to help Shorter with medical expenses.
