A volume pushup training complex that is 5 rounds total of (5 pushups for each movement at maximum) For beginners I have them start the pushup at 2 reps, until they are able to handle to volume Each round consists of 5 regular ( Shoulder width) 5 wide 5 regular 5 staggered 5 regular 5 staggered 5 regular 5 diamond Pushup 5 regular 5 tricep pushups ( Elbow drops) 5 regular total of 55 reps per round
