If you have dumbbells GREAT, if grab two bottles or bags of something from your kitchen cupboard will do the job No excuses, let s burn calories together, it s a good day to push it to your limit Let s do it WORKOUT DETAILS Duration: 30 MIN (Plus 5 mins cooldown stretches) Intensity: Body Burner Dumbbells OR Bottles (I m using 5kg dumbbells (each) in this workout for your reference) 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest No Repeat Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your OWN take a longer break when you need to.
