Rebuilding an old model can feel very rewarding. The results can be almost as good as building a new kit, just with some extra sentimental value. Restoring your old kits can also be a great way to improve your construction skills. It s just important to evaluate the model and decide if it s worth saving, or if it s easier and more time efficient to just buy a new kit and start over. I ve got this model several years ago from a friend who builds airplanes and this was his first and last attempt at building a 1, 72 scale tank. The build was overall pretty decent except the tracks and running gear where it s clear he had some issues. However these can be, as is often the case, saved with layers of mud, but that s a story for another time.
