Bench is feeling good this training cycle. My grip that I ve been using on the heavy days is pinky s right next to the rings, so just right inside the rings. It s feeling good for me so far and I m most likely going to stick with using this grip for the remainder of my training cycle and at my competition. I ve been practicing pauses still for all my warm ups and then trying a top set touch n go for max reps aiming for a PR.
