Watercolor Painting Unknown Flower Tutorial Step by Step

Today s topic is unknown flower. I brought this from my front garden. But unfortunately I don t know this flower s name. Who knows this flower s name please let me know. The stem is thin and appears to be quite weak. The bloom is big compare to the stem. I am curious how this stem support the flower. Today I am using a hot pressed 140 lb paper. This paper s surface is very soft and smooth. It does not allow for much speeding paint. So, you can get a crisp and clean color. I hope you can create your own color on the painting.
