Woman Harbourmaster (1961)
L, S of the harbour and River Yealm estuary at Newton Ferrers, Devon. M, S of Agnes Russell coming down some seaweedcovered steps to where her boat is moored; she pulls the boat in to the shore, gets in, puts her Harbour Master flag on the end of the rowing boat, then starts to row out to the centre of the harbour. Using the outboard motor on her boat she makes her way towards a small anchored yacht where she delivers some letters to a boy. Waving goodbye, she then motors over to a larger yacht in the harbour and collects some harbour dues from a man in a bobble hat. Agnes is next seen checking the mooring chain of a large rowing boat; a man on the boat helps her. Various shots of Agnes motoring about the harbour.
