Ukraine blows up Russian Black Sea oil terminal
A Russian oil terminal on the Black Sea has been blown up in an apparent Ukrainian drone strike. Video footage from the scene showed a drone flying towards the Tuapse oil depot in Russias Krasnodar region on Wednesday night. City mayor Sergey Boyko said there were no casualties and the fire was extinguished at 4. 53am local time GMT). The prominent Baza Telegram channel said explosions were heard in the city before the fire started at the Rosneft depot as antiair defences attempted to engage the drone. Ukraine is yet to officially claim responsibility. It has attacked four other oil depots in Russia this month, including one in St Petersburg more than 700 miles from Ukraines northern border.
