Teaching huge groups

PPL who come to China, especially those who are willing to teach and be teachers, often black out once they enter a classroom and see that amount of students Some friends of mine often say : even when we were at the university we didn t have that amount of students when we had lectures In China usually you see few students (from 1 to 16) in training schools, but public ones normally 4060 students a class; so, how to teach that many students and get a great reflection from them The answer is h, w Great teacher is only 10 of a good result, rest 90 should be on students It doesn t matter how good you are, if students do nothing at home, you will never see high results That s why you should think not only about class but also about h, w In my case I prepare vocabulary videos for my students.
