Welcome to your Daily Morning Stretching Session. A beginner friendly 10 minute routine, which helps you to wake up, energize and simply feel good This session is your perfect Miracle Morning Routine for a mindful start into your day. We combine yoga inspired movements, with mobility exercises and mindful breathing to wrap up our session Do your body and mind a favour and start your day off with a little bit of daily movement. Its only 10 minutes, but believe me, it will make a huge different and you will soon feel improvements (if you do this regularly).
