For the active listener, there are many themes and motifs interwoven throughout the piece. We took a couple of basic concepts and capitalized on them: the connection that the Ents had to the Hobbits, and the connection of the Entwives to the lands of Gondor. You will hear these themes help to bring the Ent and Entwife back together, seemingly striving to reunite them.
