10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT, , KELLY GALE
Hey guys, I ve prepared a 10 minute full body workout that s split into two parts 5 minutes of legs and butt followed by 5 minutes of arms and abs. All you need to do this workout is a pilates ball and you can do it anywhere. Do not use these videos if you have any preconditions that prohibit you from working out.
