Do this routine every day after waking up
This is one version of the morning routine yoga workout we do right after waking up. This includes elements of kinstretch, functional range conditioning (FRC) controlled articular rotations (CARs), stretching, energizing leg, core and upper body strength work as well as a moment of gratitude.
