Two children carrying a fishing rod speak to the fisherman. He helps them push a small rowing boat out to sea. They wave each other goodbye. The boy rows and rows. His sister points to a buoy ahead. The boy stands in the boat and tries to hit it with his oar. The oar falls into the water. The boy uses the remaining oar and leans out of the boat to try and catch the first. He drops that oar too.
