Nirvana Rape Me ( Guitar Cover)
When Kurt Cobain wrote Rape Me he wanted to make a strong statement in support of women and against violence toward them. In his words, the song is a sort of poetic justice. A guy rapes a girl. He ends up in jail and is raped there. The song was written around the time Nevermind was recorded and was first played live that year, although it was slightly different to the album version. (Rolling Stone Magazine) Tuning: Half step down. Equipment used: Fender Jagstang, Sansamp Classic and Fender Mustang IV amp
