Akris Spring, Summer 2022 Film

Discover the Akris Spring, Summer 2022 Collection by Albert Kriemler. As an homage to his grandmother and the founder of Akris, Alice KriemlerSchoch, Albert Kriemler designed a collection evolving around the apron of today. Intrigued by an apron s simple yet fitted and precisioncut form, he created an ensemble of tailored apron corsages and gowns, echoed by strappy dresses and layered knit aprons with a modern verve and at ease appeal. The Spring, Summer 2022 collection was filmed on the Roter Platz (Red Square). The Red Square, as the Abbey Library, is an acclaimed architectural site of the home and heart of Akris. It is the brainchild of Swiss artist, Pipilotti Rist, a pioneer in spatial video art, and architect, Carlos Martinez. For the Red Square they were driven by the hypothesis to treat a public area like a collective living room.
