Osaka, Japan. Title: STARTING YOUNG 6 to 14 yearold Sea Scouts receive actual experience on Navy routine in Japanese Warships M, S of a brass band of young Japanese naval cadets marching on the deck of a battleship, they are escorted by several men in uniform. The brass band is followed by a battalion of very young cadets with rifles slung over their shoulders and a group of girl cadets. High angled shot of the procession, they pass a line of Japanese sailors clapping. Low angled shot of the cadets watching two sailors operating a massive gun on the deck of the battleship. Low angled shot of sailors on a higher deck of the battleship standing beneath a large cannon; one is signalling with semaphore flags and one is looking through binoculars.
