This video was inspired by some concepts I gathered by watching Malachy Friedman s work on what he refers to as The HeisenGuard. This guard configuration adds a lot of leverage to some bilateral setups for sweeps and submissions. There are lots of options and opportunities, and in this video, with the help of Jared Jessup, I show the main entry to Omoplata, a back take option, a truck entry and a sweep to mounted triangle.
