On a beautiful lateWinter day, a crew from 442 Search and Rescue Squadron based at 19 Wing, CFB Comox, hone their skills with practice at CYPK, Pitt Meadows Regional Airport. Flying an aging CC115 Buffalo (DeHavilland Canada DHC5), kept in good shape by the Boys back in Comox, the only thing they didn t do was showoff the remarkable STOL takeoff ability of Military 465.
