Last Gasp Pop star Frankie J Parsons (accompanied by assistant Si and WishmakerUK representative Sally) visits the poorly Tamsin on her ninth birthday, but suddenly dies while blowing up a balloon. Graham, Tamsin s father, realises that Frankie s last breath could be highly valuable, and he, Sally and Si argue over ownership of the balloon.
