To what extent do black lives matter in the territory claimed by some to be Palestine

The lynching of a black man by a racist mob in the United Sates or Europe, would be headline news around the whole world, especially if the police stood idly by and allowed it to happen. In the Palestinian territories though, such a thing passes unremarked by leftwingers in Europe who are busy shouting, Free, free, Palestine
