Delicious INGREDIENTS FOR PUFF: 130ml water 3g salt 50g butter 2 eggs INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD CREAM: 2 yolks 200ml milk 40g sugar 20g flour INGREDIENTS FOR WHIPPED CREAM: 150ml whipped cream 15g sugar NOTES: Bake at 200C or 392F for 10 mins, then 180C or 356F for 20 mins, finally 160C or 320F for 10 mins. That s 40 mins total. Cake flour is best, but allpurpose works too.
