Rope Trainer ( Post Workout)
This is a 7 minute burnout using the Marpo Kinetics Vector Rope Trainer. This machine is great for your arms, back, chest, hand, wrist, and will increase both your strength and stamina. You ll notice I change grips and hand positions several different new hand position is simulating either hooking, top rolling, or standard rope pulling. I use this machine to mimic arm wrestling specific movements and this is an exercise that I perform after each full training day (Post Workout 34 days a week
