Natural Movement Practice: Ground Flow

The session consists of a warmup and 2 movement sequences (3 movements each). The emphasis is on general mobility, breathing, and foundational natural movement patterns. The goal is to complete this practice 35 times in the week. It can be performed as a warm up or done as a stand alone session. With consistent practice you can expect increased coordination, balance, and energy.
