03, 17, 19 East Moline Illinois Rock River Flooding

NOT FOR BROADCAST Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. Multiple roads and small rural communities are under water as the Rock River crests out of its banks. Barstow which is a very small town asked its residents to make evacuation plans as the river continues to rise. Unfortantely every road leading into Barstow was flooded so I couldn t drive in.
