READ THIS PLEASE Characters are not mine, first off. They belong to Hasbro and Jitters. The song isn t mine either, and I claim no rights to it. The reason the Doctor keeps changing color is because he s trying to fight it off. (I know it s trippy how I drew it. If I had colored the manes and put more detail in it would have looked better, so I m sorry for that. ) This is probably the full finished outcome. Or at least until I get a good animating program. ; Hope
