But I made an aritificial one, with cameras hidden inside, and waited for a kingfisher pair to use it. KINGFISHER EGGS Here the female kingfisher has already laid two eggs. These are a beautiful shiny white, like pearls. Watch her sit on them to keep them warm. She shreds up fine fish bones and scales to make the nest soft with her long beak.
