Dojo Pro Katana Cutting Asian Bamboo in Longquan

After 3 days seeing the forge in Longquan, Jack Zheng owner of Zhengshi Swords, plus Chris from Ronin Katana and myself unwound with some cutting of that giant, Asian Bamboo.
