The first and most important thing that I have learn from it, is to slow down. When I observe it I notice that nature takes time. In a world full of stimulus harassing our souls it is normal to get distracted from what its real, from what really matters. We want to go fast, we want more, we want to escape. But there is no escaping from ourselves. That is a hard lesson to learn, but once youve accepted it, it gets better. You become more so you need less. Less stimulus, more presence. What used to escape to your perception it suddenly becomes all that you can see.
