JOE Biden insisted he is not going anywhere in a phone call made during Kamala Harris first campaign speech on Monday night. The president, who has not spoken publicly since dropping his election bid on Sunday, said he was so proud of his staff, urging them to back Harris as she kicked off her bid for the 2024 race. In her first speech as the candidate now taking on Republican nominee Donald Trump, Vice President Kamala Harris spoke at the Democratic campaign headquarters on Monday with Joe Biden making a guest appearance through a phone call. During her speech in Wilmington, Delaware, Biden called in to express his gratitude to his campaign workers, urging them to back his VP for the Democratic nominee. Im so proud of what youve all done, Biden told his campaign staff. Im not going anywhere, he continued. Im hoping youll give every bit of your heart and soul that you gave to me to Kamala, Biden said.
