It s loosely based on his favourite guitar for live work, a customised Eric Clapton Strat, and features a Fernandes Sutainer pickup which, when combined with effects, allows him to create those beautiful, ethereal soundscapes which are such an essential part of the distinctive Radiohead sound. Specwise, this fantastic guitar features an Alder body, bolton Maple neck with a meaty 10, 56 V profile, vintagestyle tuners and a vintage synchronised tremolo. Alongside the sustainer pickup are a Texas Special singlecoil in the middle position and a Seymour Duncan JB Jnr humbucker at the bridge, offering a huge range of tonal possibilities. The Sustainer
