Eurasian blackbird Digital painting

Well, as the title says it s a portrait of a blackbird, done in Gimp 2. 10. 8 The photo I used as a reference belongs to me, i took it a few years ago. It s not a tutorial as my methods are rather primitive , i wanna point out that i don t own a tablet(becasue some people have no clue about it) sigh all my paintings were made using a laptop(touchpad).
