As sound is missing, it is difficult to work out storyline of this documentary but seems to be a historical recreation of the design process behind the Union Jack flag. Begins with shots of a grown man moving toy soldiers around and talking to a small boy. The boy is handed a model tent and a Union Jack flag. The man begins to tell the child a story. There is a reconstruction of an event during Norman times ( ) A man steals a piece of fruit from a tent. He is caught by another man who then argues with another. Various men in costume are seen having discussions and disputes. A St George s flag is taken down and held against a soldier s body.
