The Sailor Star Song is the opening song for the Sailor Stars Series, the 5th and final season of the Sailor Moon metaseries. It is performed by Kae Hanazawa. The song marked a significant change from the previous 4 seasons, which opened with Moonlight The song s central theme is about someone searching for a lost love that was taken away from her. This ties into the series with Usagi needing to save Mamoru from Nehellenia in the first story arc and his disappearance at the hands of Galaxia in the second arc.
