Steak Seasoning: 1 tsp coarse salt (Kosher or Sea Salt) 1 tsp black pepper 1, 2 tsp mince garlic flakes 1, 4 tsp onion powder I m using a Ribeye 22oz 1. 5 inch cut in this video. It s a BIG STEAK Internal Temp Guide: Rare 120 F 125 F Mediumrare 130 F 135 F Medium 140 F 145 F Mediumwell 150 F Well done 160 F Tip: Bake a couple more minutes if you want the steak to be more done.
