Prostitution in France: Paying for sex just got a lot more expensive

Clients caught redhanded will be fined. Antiprostitution groups applaud the new measure which recognises sex workers as victims, not criminals. But aid groups, doctors and the police are divided over the law. Meanwhile, many prostitutes say it wont stamp out prostitution and violates their personal freedom.
