Friends Cat Meows Aggressively, then Attacks

I have no idea how to deal with cats as many savvy YouTubers have pointed out. It s my friend s cat. I ve never had a cat and have never claimed to be a professional cat wrangler. This particular cat s name is Toulouse, and he is a very healthy, happy (if slightly maladjusted) house cat who had a rough kittenhood. We get along fine now.
