D. C. La Rue Cathedrals ( Dave Lee fka Joey Negro Extended Disco Mix)

New York based D. C. LaRue has been recording and performing since 1974 but it was his track Cathedrals in 76 that really got him noticed amongst the heavy weight disco releases of the time. The double Aside 12 single of Cathedrals was one of the earliest commercially available 12 singles and went on to hit number 1 on the Billboard Dance Music Club and Disco Single charts. Subsequent singles Overture and Indiscreet both topped out at number 2 on the Billboard Dance Music Club charts and Indiscreet became an influential track in the hip hop sampling world.
