How to paint rusted metal axe and delicate reflective ceramic cups demo by Aleksey Vaynshteyn

In this video I paint a slightly rusted metal axe and a pair of ceramic cups. The still life is staged on a weathered old piece of wood. It s a nice contrast between the objects that creates some interesting tensions. This painting is done in oil on canvas and took me about three hours to complete. It s sped up to make it more watchable.
