RKC DEEP SIX WORKOUT 24kg Bristol Kettlebell Club
This is round 3 of what is one of the most brutal kettlebell workouts I have ever done, its called the RKC deep six and it features the 6 kettlebell exercises that we focus on at the RKC. Swing 5 Snatch 5 Clean and press 5 Front squat 5 Get up 1 Don t put the bell down until you have completed both sides. Take 12 mins rest between rounds and shoot for 35 rounds Give it a try and leave a comment to say how you got on.
